Return Policy

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

• Photos or video of the defect may be required for verification.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
